LiVAP is operated by MANLY CHIC LLC, a registered business based in Niles, Ohio. We are a retailer — we carefully select smart pet feeding and watering products that meet our standards for build quality, safety materials, and everyday reliability, then make them available to pet owners across the United States and Canada.
We work with vetted suppliers whose products pass material safety standards. We are not a manufacturer, and we do not claim to be one. What we do claim is that we stand behind everything we sell — with a 30-day return policy and direct customer support at support@livap.com.

We started LiVAP because we kept seeing the same gap: pet care products that overpromised in marketing and underdelivered at home. We wanted to offer something more straightforward — products described honestly, sold with clear policies, and backed by real support if something goes wrong.
