Refund policy

At LiVAP, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right. This policy applies to all orders placed on livap.com.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.

Items that are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts
  • Items returned without contacting us first

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at support@livap.com with the following information:

  • Your order number (starts with #)
  • The email address used at checkout
  • The reason for your return

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back before receiving instructions from us.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. LiVAP is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Exchanges

If you would like a different item, email us at support@livap.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you would like instead. We will check availability and guide you through the process.

Once we receive your returned item, your replacement will ship within 3–5 business days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is no longer available, we will issue a full refund instead.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us at support@livap.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no cost to you. Photos help us resolve the issue faster and are required for damaged or defective claims.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from our confirmation email, please check with your bank or card issuer first, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, email us at support@livap.com and we will look into it.
