Shipping policy

Where We Ship
We ship to all addresses in the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside of the US and Canada.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada. No minimum order amount is required. No coupon code is needed.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. We will notify you by email if there is an unexpected delay.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, and customs clearance for Canadian orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to follow your package directly on the carrier's website.
If tracking information has not updated within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, or if you believe your package may be lost, email us at support@livap.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Common Questions
What if my order has not arrived?
If your estimated delivery window has passed and your order has not arrived, email us at support@livap.com as soon as possible. Include your order number. We will contact the carrier and follow up with you directly. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect address.
What if my package is lost?
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, first check with neighbors and household members, then contact the carrier directly. If the issue is not resolved within 3 business days, email us at support@livap.com and we will assist you.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Contact us at support@livap.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, photos of the damaged product, and photos of the outer packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
My package has been in transit for a long time — what should I do?
International shipments and Canadian orders occasionally experience customs delays. If your package has not moved in tracking for more than 7 business days, reach out to us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
Shipping Disclaimer
LiVAP cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. All delivery timelines provided are estimates. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and timelines.
